Kelly – Business Operations Manager & Managing Director

As Managing Director of Hydro-Jet Solutions Australia, Kelly provides strategic leadership across the business, overseeing commercial, industrial and residential operations. She is passionate about delivering exceptional client service, fostering a strong team culture and ensuring every project is completed with professionalism, reliability and the highest standards of quality.

Kelly combines practical business leadership with strong corporate governance expertise. She holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA), a Graduate Certificate in Business Administration, has successfully completed the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD) Company Directors Course, and is Executive Ready qualified. This blend of operational experience and formal qualifications enables Kelly to drive the business with a strong focus on governance, strategic growth, innovation and continuous improvement.

In addition to leading Hydro-Jet Solutions Australia, Kelly serves as a Board Member of the Construction Industry Training Board (CITB). She is committed to strengthening the future of the plumbing and construction industries through workforce development, industry leadership and advocacy. Kelly is particularly passionate about encouraging more women to pursue rewarding careers in the trades and supporting initiatives that create a skilled, diverse and sustainable workforce for the future.

Guy – Senior Plumber & Project Manager

Guy is a fully licensed plumber and experienced Project Manager with extensive expertise across domestic, commercial and industrial plumbing. Holding a Certificate IV in Plumbing and Services, he combines strong technical knowledge with practical leadership to successfully manage projects of varying size and complexity.

Known for his calm, solutions-focused approach, Guy excels at diagnosing and resolving complex plumbing challenges while ensuring projects remain on schedule, compliant and delivered to the highest standard. His ability to coordinate with other trades, communicate effectively with clients and lead project delivery makes him a valued member of the Hydro-Jet Solutions Australia team.

Working closely with clients, contractors and the Hydro-Jet team, Guy is committed to delivering safe, efficient and high-quality outcomes. His attention to detail, technical expertise and focus on building strong client relationships help ensure every project is completed with professionalism and reliability.

Geoff – Founder

Geoff founded Hydro-Jet Solutions Australia and was instrumental in establishing the business as a trusted provider of commercial and industrial plumbing services throughout South Australia.

With more than 40 years of experience in the plumbing industry, Geoff built a reputation for technical excellence, practical problem-solving and a commitment to delivering quality outcomes. Throughout his career, he developed extensive expertise across plumbing maintenance, grease arrestors, service stations, backflow prevention, confined space work and complex drainage systems.

Always passionate about innovation, Geoff was an early adopter of advanced technologies, including hydro-jet drain cleaning and digital CCTV pipeline inspection, helping position the business at the forefront of modern plumbing solutions.

Although Geoff is no longer ‘on the tools’, his knowledge, experience and vision continue to underpin the values and technical standards on which Hydro-Jet Solutions Australia was built. His legacy remains an important part of the company’s culture and ongoing commitment to quality, innovation and customer service.
