Hydro-Jet Solutions Australia was founded in 2016, and in 2026 we are proud to celebrate 10 years of operation.

Meet the Team
Kelly – Business Operations Manager & Managing Director
As Managing Director, Kelly leads Hydro-Jet Solutions Australia across commercial, industrial and residential service delivery. She oversees business operations, supports the team and works closely with clients to ensure projects are delivered with professionalism, reliability and care.
Alongside leading Hydro-Jet Solutions Australia, Kelly also serves on the Board of the Construction Industry Training Board, where she is passionate about strengthening the future of the plumbing and construction industries, including encouraging more women to pursue careers in the trades.
Guy – Senior Plumber & Project Manager
Guy is a fully licensed plumber and experienced Project Manager with a strong background across domestic, commercial and industrial plumbing. He is known for his practical knowledge, calm approach and ability to work through complex plumbing issues with a clear, solutions-focused mindset.
With hands-on industry experience and strong project coordination skills, Guy works closely with clients and the Hydro-Jet team to ensure jobs are completed efficiently, safely and to a high standard.
Geoff – Founder & Master Plumber
With more than four decades in the plumbing industry, Geoff brings extensive technical knowledge and deep hands-on experience across residential, commercial and specialised plumbing environments. His background includes plumbing maintenance, grease arrestors, service stations, backflow, confined space work and advanced drainage solutions.
Geoff has long been at the forefront of innovation in the industry, including hydro-jetting and digital image inspection, and remains a key part of the technical strength and reputation Hydro-Jet Solutions Australia has built over the last 10 years.
